I was in New York on September 11, 2001 and witnessed United 175 plunged into 2 World Trade Center, I thought what better way could I do to remember this horrific day than flying on September 11.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11585641.post-1117051874757627332005-05-25T16:11:00.000-04:002005-05-25T16:11:00.000-04:00I've only flown once since Sep 11, 01, and that wa...I've only flown once since Sep 11, 01, and that was also the first time I'd be in a plane in 10 years. I was alot more nervous this time but I'm not sure that 9/11 had any more to do with it than the fact that as an adult I'm alot less trusting of everything in general than I was at age 16. I spent the entire flight thinking of how easy it would be for one little screw (or whatever) somewhere in the plane to fail to do its job and result in the plane being turned into a giant fireball of death. I guess I'd fly on 9/11/05 if I had to, but I admit I'd rather take the flight on the tenth or twelfth if it was an option.Mommy Needs a Xanaxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01807707012305893563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11585641.post-1116890767480396992005-05-23T19:26:00.000-04:002005-05-23T19:26:00.000-04:00I think that should be "peace" of mind, ErikI have...I think that should be "peace" of mind, Erik

I have flown two time on that date since 2001. Of course, I only fly first class anyways, and I never fly... so moot point.

Mark my words sissies - it'll never happen again.
