Wow, those t-shirt makers are QUICK with the comebacks, aren't they? Less than 24 hours after McCain peevishly referred to Obama as "that one", in a debate, we have this t-shirt. Do they make one for guys, and preferably not in pink? The clip from the debate is below. McCain is NOT very good at hiding his obvious disdain for his opponents. He was like that with Romney in the primary and Obama now. McCain, Vietnam is over. You probably could kill them with your bare hands once, but you're going to have to actually out-think your opponents now!

So, how's your mission to use logic and reason with the folks at Sparkie's coming along?
I quite like the "that one" comment. Boring debate though.
Hehheh...I've been posting there on and off for years, snarkle, especially before an election. I can't spend my whole internet life there. I realize that I won't change many or any minds, especially of the regulars. I might however keep them a little honest from time to time. I believe I've done that at times.
Yeah the debate was boring bones. Maybe the next one will be better, but given the current dynamics, I'm thinking boring is best for Obama right now. Last debate is in six days.
Come on Snarkle, everyone knows setting up a hate site is the biggest compliment you can pay to a blogger- period. Here is mine.
Great no? Some one from The Muslim Question set it up.
The difference between me and Sparkle is that I am not offended. I think its hilarious. We are different people you know?
I had the same original thought as you did, but I reacted to that thought the same as Erik has. What is the other option? Set up a hate site and orbit around Sparkle having a go at her left leaning commenters? Whats the point?
I am surprised I now have Republicans who I consider to be friends these days but there you are.
Not talking to Republicans is like what Republicans say about not talking to Iranians. What is the point of not communicating. While we are not shooting each other I want to talk to people. It might be useful.
Erik says what he thinks over there. His wife is the only one who has anything to do with his bollocks.
Sparkle is my mate. She has seen me through some hard times sometimes with really well timed emails. She has defended me on Free Republic when people were saying I was a fucking terrorist sympathizer. I have a friend who is a Republican. So fucking what?
We all believe different things. So fucking what? Life would be boring if we only baa d along with the sheep we agreed with. I have a lot more left wing anarchist friends who I have actually clashed with about some of their views on life violently.
and please don't think I am defending Sparkle or Erik here. Hand on heart I don't care what you think.
Hehheh. Yes, we all have different style of communicating. Bones, I need to check out your hate site! It does kinda mean you've made an impact, I'd say!
I don't care what you think.
Good for you.
an impact? I don't think there has been a murmur. Most of what i know which is seriously news worthy I promised to keep quiet. I am a shite non journalist.
seriously tho Mr Snarkle. I am sure you are a creative person, I am sure we agree on most things, but I am also sure that calling a middle aged woman with teenage children a cunt isn't good manners in Texas.
Would you call her that to her face in front of her children?
I am also sure that calling a middle aged woman with teenage children a cunt isn't good manners in Texas.
I don't live in Texas.
Would you call her that to her face in front of her children?
And that has what to do with what, again?
I just came across this little nugget from James Wolcott:
"...My rooting interest is less about Obama himself than about how big a hurt he can put to the Republican Party. I don't want the Republican Party simply defeated in November, I want to see it smashed beyond all recognition, in such wriggling, writhing, anguished disarray that it can barely reconstitute itself, so desperate for answers that it looks to Newt Gingrich for visionary guidance, his wisdom and insight providing the perfect cup of hemlock to finish off the conservative movement for good so that it can rot in the salted earth of memory unmissed and unmourned in toxic obscurity."
That about sums up my own sentiment, and why I think "engaging" with those cunts is just so much misdirected energy.
The direction of your energy is the point. Anyway, that's enough of my energy misdirected for now. As I said, I don't care. I give up.
What the hell is all this?
